The Hub is a worker owned and operated co-op. This means the business is run democratically and workers can become owners of the business.
We started as a worker co-op in 2002 because we wanted to work in an democratic and egalitarian workplace. We enjoy working with co-workers as equals. We also maintain that a better business can be built by the contributions of a group of invested worker-owners. We feel we can provide better wages, a better work environment, and better service.
