Dead of Winter spin series Continues with Buffy the Vampire Slayer

This year, for video spin nights at the Hub Bike Co-op, we will be spinning to season 5 Of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. We had requests for a series and felt that Buffy would be great fodder for spinning. Voted #3 in 2004 and 2007 on TV Guide‘s “Top Cult Shows Ever”,  Buffy is full of action and just cheesy enough that you won’t forget that you are on a bike and here to train.

The format will be……..

*if a fight is going on, you must spin.

*if making-out is going on, you must spin.

*any time Buffy or Willow drop a pun, ten second sprint.

*Xander says something self depreciating, ten second sprint.

*Anya proposes that her and Xander have do adult thing, ten second sprint.

*etc, etc.

So come work out with us and watch the Scooby Gang fight the dead in sunny southern Cali, just above the gaping mouth of hell.

Slayer Spin will start 7:30pm Monday nights at the Hub’s 3020 Minnehaha location January 9th and continue through till March 15th. We have 12 trainers first-come, first-served. If you like us to store you spin bike slots will be available.
